Table Yabbies
These are the big yabbies we sell for human consumption. All product is sold live and fresh, and is held in clean water for minimum 3 days to purge guts and improve taste. Limited numbers of large and jumbo sizes are generally available. Sizes generally range between 30gram and 160gram animals, and the sizes are broken up into 3 categories: small, medium, large.
The main meat is located in the tail of the yabby. The best and sweetest meat is definately in the claw of the yabby.
Yabbies are packed in styrofoam box, and will arrive to you in good health, and we are registered with the NSW Food Authority. Minimum order of 5Kg's applies, there will be a seperate charge for delivery, no GST on yabbies for human consumption.
